Return/Exchange Process

Please note the following product return requirements:

  • a. All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and there will be no refund.
  • b. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
  • c. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
  • d. The shipping fee belong to the shipping carrier which ships the parcel. We only charge the price of the items, so the shipping fee is not included in the refund.
  • e. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
  • f. Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly, so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.
  • g. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
  • h. The items marked as Clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded.

 

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at service@attracosports.com to get a return authorization and return address, stating your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. 

Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)

 

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us (service@attracosports.com )and provide your order number and state the reason.

  • a. For orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
  • b. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.
  • c. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for return after receiving the package.
  • d. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)

RETURN FAQS

Please email our customer service representatives atservice@attracosports.com to get a return authorization and return address, stating your order number and reason for return.

  • 1. If you already have a registered account with Attracosports, you can initiate a return by clicking the "Orders" link. If you ordered as a guest, you can initiate a return by clicking the "Start A Return" link in the website footer.
  • 2. Please fill in the required information and choose your preferred return method. Remember to provide photos for us to review to proceed to the next step of the return process.
  • 3. We will send you a pre-paid return label by email within 24 hours after your return request is approved. Please print the label and tape it on your return package.
  • 4. Once we've received your returned package, we'll take care of the rest and process your exchange or refund (excluding return label fee) asap.

We always want to ensure that we get you all your faves! If we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, don't worry - we'll make it right!

Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Attraco is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.

We take pride in the quality of our pieces and if it's anything less than great, we want to make it right.

If you've received a package with an item missing, it's most likely one of two things:

1) To get your orders to you as fast as possible, some orders may arrive in separate packages. Check your confirmation email to see if your order will arrive in multiple packages.

2) If you have not received your entire order by the expected delivery date, please contact our Customer Care Team so we can look into this for you as quickly as possible.

Yes! We're happy to help you exchange for the right size within 30 days of the delivery date.

But If you choose a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping fee will be based on the number of items returned.

1) Please contact us for email to request an exchange. We'll send you exchange instructions within 24 hours.

2) Once we reply to your request, you will receive refund options. You will be required to reply with your selected refund option in order to proceed.

3) You'll need to ship your item(s) to the return address provided, then share the shipment tracking information with us.

4) When we receive your package, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

* Note: We currently are unable to offer a free returns service, so return shipping must be made at your own cost.

Please note the return label is only valid for 21 days after the approval of our Customer Care Team.

The charge of return label increases according to the number of items you refund.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. If you wish to return the item for an exchange or refund, you will have to pay the shipping costs both ways.

We will do our best to help you as long as the returned items are unused/unworn, unwashed with all original tags and their original packaging. Any product that has been used is automatically disqualified from a return.
